Andor Season 2 Concludes 📺
New Main Comic Line Star Wars (2025) #1 Released

Good Morning, Youtinians. With a bit of a slow news week after all of the craziness from Star Wars Celebration, we slow down with more of a focus on the finale of Andor Season 2. We are so excited to see how it concludes, but sad it is over!

What Will the Andor Season 2 Finale Bring?

Andor Season 2 is already at the top of the highest-rated Star Wars series ever. Its accolades include the highest-rated live-action TV episodes of all time, and my friends, that is just after the first nine episodes!
What is in store for the finale? One thing’s for sure, it is going to be EPIC!
Once the final Ferrix gong sounds, what threads and loose ends will be key to the final three episodes?
Just one year after the Ghorman Massacre, Mon Mothma’s resignation from the Senate, and consequent ‘official’ establishment of the Rebellion, let's consider some possibilities … but, fair warning: if you’ve not been able to keep up with Andor Season 2 so far, we’re going to get close to spoiler territory:
Is Bix gone for good? Oh, could this be the biggest red herring of the season? An impassioned message left for her lover may set us up for the most significant return at the most unexpected moment. To be real, it may be very, very tragic!
Does Luthen Survive? We know he has the ship with the AWESOME technology and firepower to evade the Empire. BUT, can he survive the finale? Krennic may be all over him like a rash, especially if Davo Sculdun turns.
Will Lonni Be Outed? He has been the spy of the galaxy so many times. He's delivered so many messages and tips to foster a blossoming Rebellion. He saved Mon from the ISB agent in Bail’s escape plans, but can he survive the wash-up of her escape from Coruscant?
Gerrera’s Damage? Will we see why Saw has those breathing tubes in Rogue One? Does he survive an Imperial attack or even an assassination attempt? Does he get caught up in a failed attempt to wipe out Krennic?
What Is Mon’s Role? She's made it to Yavin thanks to Phoenix Squadron, and her impassioned second speech gathered the very first Rebel Alliance Fleet. But, what's the Senator's role in the final three episodes? Does her family play a role and become pawns for the Krennic?
Vel’s Fate? She has lost Cinta and seemingly found a role at Yavin, but for how long, we ask? Can Vel stay put, or does she have one last mission in her to honor her fallen lover and take out a BIG Imperial name?
Kleya Marki’s Destiny? The shop. The radio comms. Her double life. Can she maintain the charade on Coruscant, and can she evade the Imperial pincer that is surely coming for her?
Vader/Tarkin/ The Emperor. he BIGGEST three names in Imperial legend, and we, my friends, may see one, two, or all three enter the fray as we build up to the first Death Star and the stolen plans story arc. We know for sure that they are about, and any one of them could make a cameo to beat all cameos and crush a beloved Rebel.
Deedra and Major Partagaz. Neither plays a role in Rogue One at all. So, the balls are up in the air for these two antagonists. With Cyril gone, will Deedra fall on her sword or meet her fate at the hands of Vel, Bix, or Cassian himself? Can Major Partagaz survive Mon Mothma’s defection and two speeches, or will the Emperor or Vader dispose of him?
The Princess? Okay, I know. She made the cameo that blew us away at the end of Rogue One, but does our beloved Princess of Alderaan have another cameo up her sleeve alongside her father on their home planet, or aboard the Tantive IV?
The Ghost Crew: Probably the most unlikely is an appearance from the Rebels bunch. We have seen them all individually now, with the MASSIVE exception of Kanan. Can this be the moment that all six are in live-action, all at once? [🤡- Ed.]
We’re all fine here now — how are you? Oh, how much fun speculating is, and how awesome it is when we do not even know the episode titles! The final three installments are on track to smash the records of the first nine, and we will have it all covered, analyzed, and discussed right here on THE source for all things Star Wars, Youtini!
