Battlefront 2 Returns With Record Breaking Player Count

Good Morning, Youtinians. We are back after a long weekend and getting prepped for the ending of The High Republic Initiative. We are both saddened and yet excited to see how it will all unfold.

There are so many good things coming down the pipeline! Here are a few that we’re really looking forward to coming up in June:

  • The High Republic: Trials of the Jedi by Charles Soule: The final novel of the High Republic publishing initiative!

    • We are absolutely not ready for this final book, but we trust Charles Soule to bring us to the very end.

    • So much is leading into Trials of the Jedi, where Avar and Elzar will lead the Jedi in one last stand against the Nihil and the Nameless.

    • This book will be available on June 17th!

  • The Acolyte: Visual Guide by Pablo Hidalgo: Even though we know we won’t get any more seasons of The Acolyte, this reference book will give us a look into the details of the show in a way we haven’t seen before.

    • Much like other visual guides in the world of Star Wars publishing, this book will focus on the characters, locations, vehicles, weapons, and objects of The Acolyte.

    • The book includes a foreword by Amandla Stenberg, who played twins Osha and Mae.

    • This visual guide will also be released on June 17th!

  • Doctor Aphra (2025) #1 by Cherish Chen and Gabriel Guzman: The new Doctor Aphra comic series is right around the corner!

    • Much like the current Star Wars mainline comic, Doctor Aphra is moving into the New Republic era.

    • In this first issue, we will see Aphra once again team up with Luke Skywalker to locate an artifact.

    • This first issue will hit comic store shelves on June 18th!

We're all fine here now — how are you? These are just a few Star Wars reads we’re looking forward to checking out next month. Check out the Youtini Canon Book Club podcast for Emmi, Hannah, and JG’s thoughts on the final novel of The High Republic!

New Lightsabers from the Ahsoka Series

Oh, what a joy it is to feel the hilt of a trusty, luminous, and magical lightsaber in your hand! We have been fortunate to have been introduced to so many sabers over the years. As technology and product development advance, we just cannot get enough of these elegant weapons from a more civilized age!

With the conclusion of Andor, NOW is the time to start dreaming of Ahsoka Season 2 by staging those battles that we know are coming between Shin, Baylon, Ahsoka, Sabine, and, well, how exciting is it to dream of someone else!

The Newest Additions

We’ve all handled the green, blue, and red iterations of the magical saber, and we lost our minds when the purple debuted. Then came the yellow that we had dreamed about from animation before seeing it in live-action, thanks to Rey.

Now, our friends at the Disney Store have outdone themselves with the release of the amazing new lightsabers from the Ahsoka series.

Let’s Go Orange!

Yes, you read that heading correctly: You can be the owner of a Hilt Set from Shin Hati and Baylon Skoll.

  • These special edition lightsabers are from two of the most iconic antagonists new to Star Wars, introduced in the groundbreaking live-action series Ahsoka, which celebrates the one and only Padawan of Anakin Skywalker.

  • Fans can hold detailed reproduction hilts that feature sound effects and illuminate the included blades in a magnificent orange-red.

  • As an added extra, a stunning and beautifully crafted display case features the show's emblem. It holds both hilts and blades, keeping them safely stored.

  • These lightsabers even coordinate with other blades and lightsaber accessories available separately.

We're all fine here now — how are you? Is it possible to ever have enough lightsabers? Not according to the die-hard collectors out there! So, enjoy these two beauties and then start putting away the credits (or dollars) because we get the vibe that next year’s Mandalorian and Grogu may introduce another mind-blowing version!
