Star Wars: Star Fighter Revealed and The Mandalorian and Grogu First Details

Fans at Celebration this past weekend saw the first look at a new teaser trailer for The Mandalorian and Grogu!
The Panel: The teaser was revealed as part of a movie panel at the Star Wars Celebration, where we also learned a bit about Shawn Levy's upcoming movie Star Wars: Starfighter.
During the panel, Jon Favreau spoke about his intentions to rely on Star Wars' roots in Japanese-style filmmaking.
Pedro Pascal and Sigourney Weaver attended Celebration this year and revealed a photo of Weaver's character in a Rebel pilot uniform.
We still don't know much about Weaver's character. Still, this panel confirmed that she previously fought against the Empire as part of the Rebellion, which is a similar backstory to many of our other favorite New Republic-era heroes.
The Trailer: The teaser itself has not yet been released to the general public, but we've gathered some insights here for you.
One familiar face was spotted walking alongside Din: Zeb from Star Wars: Rebels. Zeb made a quick appearance in season 3 of the show, so we are excited to see him possibly have closer ties to Mando in the movie.
The teaser featured many action sequences, keeping itself in step with what we are used to from The Mandalorian.
The teaser ended with a tease of the return of Rotta the Hutt, who will be played by Jeremy Allen White and be incredibly jacked.
We're all fine here now — how are you? Keep an eye out on the Youtini site for all things Star Wars Celebration as we wrap up all the news dropped this past weekend.

On the final day of Star Wars Celebration, fans gathered to hear about the first details of Star Wars: Visions season three and unbeknownst to everyone, a few surprises.
Looking Back
Season 1 of the newest animated release from Disney+ in 2021 was a collection of Star Wars inspired stories from some of the best anime creators in the industry. It was then closely followed by Season 2 in 2023. These adaptations delivered BIG TIME with a fun and thrilling new perspective on how the audience views Star Wars through a new set of creative possibilities!
The standout episodes for me (Doc) were:
The Duel, Season 1, Episode 1 by Kamikaze Douga
The Ninth Jedi, Season 1, Episode 5 by Production I.G
Sith, Season 2, Episode 1 by El Guiri
Journey To The Dark Head, Season 2, Episode 5 by Studio Mir
You can have an awesome time re-living the hype by re-visiting the Youtini Podcast The Living Force, as we discussed Season 1, Ep #132 and Ep #133, and Season 2, Ep #216 and Ep #217.
And now for the latest. James Waugh and his fellow Star Wars: Visions directors paneled at Star Wars Celebration, where they announced Season 3 and revealed a new spin-off series, Star Wars: Visions Presents: The Ninth Jedi.
Key Takeaways
Star Wars: Visions Season 3 will drop on Disney+ on October 29, 2025.
In the new season, three stories were announced to be sequels to Season 1 episodes: The Duel: Payback, The Village Bride: The Lost Ones, and The Ninth Jedi: Child of Hope.
The other six stories are Yuko’s Treasure by Kinema Citrus Co, The Smuggler by Trigger, The Bounty Hunters by Wit Studio, The Song of Four Wings by Project Studio Q, the Bird of Paradise by Polygon Pictures, and Black by David Production.
A new spin-off series, Star Wars: Visions Presents: The Ninth Jedi, will premiere in 2026. Waugh announced that fans will watch Kara’s journey unfold, as in Season 1, dark forces pursued this daughter of a lightsaber-smith as she undertook a perilous mission to deliver newly crafted lightsabers, and we will now see that play out.
We’re all fine here now - how are you? This is just amazing news. The shorts are now legendary, and the artists and the creative geniuses behind them are second to none. So, bring on Season 3, and how lucky are we to have a spin-off? Very!
